A new company with old habits. We develop land, build homes, and steward plantations across Kerala — but our anchor is a senior living community designed around dignity and company. We were incorporated in 2026; the values are a good deal older.

Slowly, on purpose. We document everything, choose partners we can answer to in twenty years, and measure success by what stands a generation later — not by what sells this quarter.
